The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Alll items shipped to a USA address have FREE SHIPPING.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Maple Grove Saddlery reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. You may return your purchase for a refund within 7 days. The refund will be minus the original shipping charge paid by the seller. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. All items returned must be in new condition and wih tags in place. Any item that is returned used or damaged will have the refund amount adjusted as determined by the seller.
